Paraibana, born in 1983, the culture of the Northeast, the colors, the folklore and the beautiful landscapes have always been a source of inspiration for her work.

Since childhood, they have been enchanted by the shapes that they can imagine appearing on a blank sheet of paper. Contours, colors, overlays immerse you in a universe of creation that expresses all the feelings within you.

During his childhood, he used to spend hours with paper and pencil, drawing personal objects, portraying family members without them noticing. The feminine forms were his favorites. He grew and developed his artistic pleasure through painting on canvas, portraying friends and his three children, portraits that resulted in his first solo exhibition, in 2012.

After this phase, the search for greater freedom and courage for her work led her to delve into the creation of her neo-expressionist Madonnas. The refined, contorted, and at the same time sensual and elegant features, vibrant colors and moving looks, are the striking characteristics of his work.

The titles of the works also suggest what type of sensations arose at the time of creation: desires, reactions and even suffering. Ultimately, a work of expression and freedom.
